Technical Manager (Onsite Coordinator)

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Guide & review technical artefacts of offshore team
  • Coach & mentor onsite teams for any issue
  • Coordinate for resource hiring/ backfill in the client location
  • Coordinate with client finance for invoice approval & payments
  • Should get the work done with limited/ no supervision & inputs
  • Participate in bids/ new opportunities in the client location
  • Good communication & stakeholder management skills
  • Self-driven & motivated
  • Should get the work done with limited/ no supervision & inputs
  • Actively participate in building the account

Required Skills

  • Sound understanding of Java technology & frameworks (Please mention years of experience)
  • Good communication & stakeholder management skills
  • Self-driven & motivated
  • Build good relationship with the client & provide good visibility of offshore work

Required Experience

  • At least 12 ~ 15 years of experience. With at least 3 ~ 5 years as onsite coordinator (Please mention years of experience)
  • Hands on technical architect (Please mention years of experience)
  • Sound understanding of Java technology & frameworks (Please mention years of experience)
