What is Nirvana Enterprises’s recruitment method?

  • Nirvana’s goal is to find the right candidate instead of just ‘a’ candidate.
  • Our Account Managers will understand the nuances of client’s needs, company culture and industry verticals.
  • Our recruiters search an in-house database of active job seekers in the Information Technology (IT) area. Most of these candidate profiles will not appear on public job portals.
  • If a match is not found, our recruiters will begin a nationwide search to quickly source and rigorously screen candidates to fill client’s direct-hire/full- time and contract/freelance positions.
  • Most often we present candidates that would not be listed on major job portals.
  • We begin a detailed background and reference check for shortlisted candidates before they are scheduled for the client interview.
  • All our candidates come with a (2) two week guaranty. Even after a rigorous interviewing process, if our clients feel that the candidate is not a good fit, we find a replacement at no additional cost. If we cannot find a replacement of your choice, client would not be billed for the guaranty period.

How quickly can you find an IT professional?

  • For most requirements (90%), we have a turnaround time of less than 24 hours.
  • We have a huge up-to- date database of active job seekers in the Information Technology (IT) area, which helps us quickly find the right fit for the client requirement.

What is your company’s screening process for candidates?

At Nirvana Enterprises, we follow a very strict and stringent evaluation process for all our candidates. Our screening process includes the following:

  • Technical screening and communication skills check
  • Work reference checks
  • Credit checks
  • Criminal (local, federal and national) checks
  • Drug tests (as per client request)
  • Education verification
  • Social security verification
  • Sexual offender database checks
  • HIPAA testing
  • Driving record checks
  • E-verify checks for I-9 accuracy and employment eligibility
