Systems Administrator

Responsibilities

  • Configure a fully functional development environment in a virtual environment with the latest version of TRIRIGA application and platform
  • Assist with enabling single sign on in the client’s current test and production environments, in addition to the virtual environment
  • Configure email notifications
  • Migrate test and production server to a virtual environment with the latest version of the TRIRIGA application and platform
  • Implement Contact Center (web-based customer self-service)
  • Implement Work Time Standards
  • Implement Auto Work Order Prioritization
  • Implement Customer Satisfaction Survey
  • Installation of TRIRIGA components, including databases, rules, calculation scripts, reports, security, and process management modules
  • Configuration/Customization of the TRIRIGA Platform for all modules
  • Hands-on configuration, testing and deployment of the IBM TRIRIGA solution through all phases of the software development life cycle
  • Development of key project deliverables such as design documents, test documentation, training materials, and administration / procedural guides
  • System testing of TRIRIGA
  • Support the deployment of the solution to overall user community
  • Knowledge transfer to Agency Staff
  • Provide status update to management on a regular basis

Required Experience

  • Candidate must have direct experience in and working knowledge of
  • Expert knowledge of TRIRIGA application and administration (IBM TRIRIGA Certified)
  • Knowledge of Facilities and Space management processes and workflows
  • Strong knowledge of and/or experience with ETL tools
  • Education Requiements

    • Bachelors Degree required, Masters Degree preferred
